Vince is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill where he received his B.A. in History and a post graduate of Wake Forest University where he received his MBA.

He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, the North Carolina Association of REALTORS, the Greensboro Regional REALTORS Association and the REALTORS Commercial Alliance (GRRA-RCA). Vince is also on the Board of the Bryan YMCA.

As Head of the Brokerage Department, Vince is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Vince has been a Commercial Real Estate Broker with Brown Investment Properties, Inc., since 2005! Prior to joining Brown, he was employed by a regional REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) in the acquisitions/dispositions and analysis department for new office and industrial properties. Vince was involved in the disposition of over 1 billion dollars of their real estate assets over a 5-year period.

Vince provides a full range of commercial real estate brokerage services to buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, with an emphasis on site selection/assemblage and investment sales.

Vince was born in Winston-Salem and was raised in Greensboro, NC. He is married and has two children. He is an avid runner and tennis player.

Brian Burnham has been serving the Commercial Real Estate Industry in the Triad and surrounding counties for over 15 years with a diverse background in Leasing and Sales of Industrial, Office, Retail, Investment Properties, and Land.  He is a former President of the RCA (Greensboro Realtors Commercial Alliance), the Qualifying Broker for two former commercial division franchisees and the recipient of multiple sales achievement successes and awards.

Originally from Atlanta, Brian now lives in Summerfield, North Carolina with his wife Lesley, daughters Courtney and Avery, and son Davis.  Brian holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Manufacturing Engineering from WCU, is an active member of Oak Ridge Presbyterian Church, and a 10 year former Assistant Scout Master for the Boy Scouts of America, Troop 600

Doug Fogartie is a licensed real estate Broker and REALTOR who joined Brown Investment Properties in 2019. Doug is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a BS in Business Management. He has an extensive marketing background for franchisees in the QSR industry, and has worked on corporate marketing teams for various automotive repair companies. Doug provides a full range of commercial real estate services to buyers, sellers, landlord and tenants. He spends his free time whitewater kayaking in the mountains, mountain biking with his wife and friends, and spending time with his son.

A lifelong Piedmont-Triad native, Austin Hill joined Brown Investment Properties in 2016. Austin is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Having served both local and institutional clients, Austin’s commercial brokerage experience spans nearly every asset class including office, industrial, retail, multi-family, and raw land. Austin pairs competency and local market knowledge with personality and professionalism to provide his clients an unmatched level of service and representation.

Tim Knowles is a licensed real estate broker with a background in landscape architecture and land planning. He has lived in the Triad for 30 years. He joined Brown Investment Properties in 2016. His expertise is in planning and development of land and multi-family properties.

Tim attended school at West Virginia University where he earned his landscape architecture degree in 1982. He spent 20 years as a design/build landscape architect where he was the design sales manager of a multi-million-dollar landscape company. Tim also has 11 years of experience with a planning, engineering and surveying firm. Tim’s responsibilities there included rezoning plans, feasibility studies, single and multifamily residential subdivision layout and design, apartment layout, and mixed use development layout. Tim took many projects from concept to completion including rezoning cases, plan submittals, permitting and construction administration.

Tim is a member of the Greensboro Regional Realtors Association, the NC Realtors Association, the National Realtors Association and the Realtors Commercial Alliance. His other achievements and affiliations include the Triad Green Building Council and the US Green Building Council, Greensboro’s Advisory Commission on Trees and the Greensboro Community Sustainability Council that focused on transportation and land use. He is credited with 14 state and national environmental improvement awards for his work from the NC Landscape Contractors Association and the National Landscape Contractors Association. He also received a merit award from the North Carolina chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects (NCASLA). Tim served as the Triad Chapter Chairperson for NCASLA from 2004-2006 during which time he organized the fall conference in Greensboro that focused on mixed use walkable development.

He enjoys working in his garden, hiking, kayaking, snow skiing and biking.

Cindy Rosasco is a licensed Real Estate Broker with over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. Cindy brings a distinctive skill set to the company with a specialization in Retail and Office leasing and sales.  Cindy has lived in the Triad for over 30 years and spent several years managing and leasing office space in the Wake Forest Innovation Quarter working with many start–up groups, scientists, R & D groups, medical educators, and other innovative companies that moved to the Carolinas. She has managed office buildings and retail centers throughout the Southeast and has successfully managed  numerous commercial facilities occupied by U.S. General Services Administration.

Cindy’s experience managing and leasing retail space in Friendly Center, one of the most prominent shopping centers in the Region has complimented her knowledge in the retail sector, as well as, providing her with a well-rounded portfolio of commercial real estate exposure. In addition, she provides leasing services to numerous shopping centers in the Triad and her success rate is well documented.  Cindy received the CoStar 2019 Top Retail Leasing Agent award, as well as, the Top Broker award for 2019 with Brown Investment Properties.

Cindy also enjoys working with investors in the Multi-family arena as a Buyer’s Agent.

Cindy graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management.  She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Greensboro Regional Realtors Association, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the NC CCIM Chapter.  Cindy is involved in community activities such as the Alzheimer’s Association and Greensboro Urban Ministries and regularly supports the local arts within the community.

Bill Strickland is from Rocky Mount, N.C. and has lived in Greensboro since 1986.  He received his Associates of Arts degree from Louisburg College and earned his BS and MBA from Elon University.  He is married and has two adult daughters.

Bill worked in the restaurant industry for a few years before entering health care administration, where he served in various capacities with Cone Health and several private physician practices.

Bill joined Brown Investment Properties in 2005, and like the company, lives by the Golden Rule and practices commercial brokerage with this same value.  Bill provides a full range of commercial real estate brokerage services to buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, with an emphasis on medical, dental and general office.

Wesley Vogel is a licensed real estate Broker and REALTOR who joined Brown Investment Properties in 2019. Wes is a graduate of Toccoa Falls College where he received his BS. He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, the North Carolina Association of REALTORS and the Greensboro Regional REALTORS Association. Prior to joining Brown Investment Properties, he was employed for 12 years at Canterbury School where he taught Middle School Social Studies. Wes provides a full range of commercial real estate brokerage services to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. Wes was born in Erie, PA and was raised in Union City, PA. He is married and has one child. He enjoys hunting, fishing and many outdoor activities.
