Vince is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill where he received his B.A. in History and a post graduate of Wake Forest University where he received his MBA.

He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, the North Carolina Association of REALTORS, the Greensboro Regional REALTORS Association and the REALTORS Commercial Alliance (GRRA-RCA). Vince is also on the Board of the Bryan YMCA.

As Head of the Brokerage Department, Vince is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Vince has been a Commercial Real Estate Broker with Brown Investment Properties, Inc., since 2005! Prior to joining Brown, he was employed by a regional REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) in the acquisitions/dispositions and analysis department for new office and industrial properties. Vince was involved in the disposition of over 1 billion dollars of their real estate assets over a 5-year period.

Vince provides a full range of commercial real estate brokerage services to buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, with an emphasis on site selection/assemblage and investment sales.

Vince was born in Winston-Salem and was raised in Greensboro, NC. He is married and has two children. He is an avid runner and tennis player.

Brian Burnham has been serving the Commercial Real Estate Industry in the Triad and surrounding counties for over 15 years with a diverse background in Leasing and Sales of Industrial, Office, Retail, Investment Properties, and Land.  He is a former President of the RCA (Greensboro Realtors Commercial Alliance), the Qualifying Broker for two former commercial division franchisees and the recipient of multiple sales achievement successes and awards.

Originally from Atlanta, Brian now lives in Summerfield, North Carolina with his wife Lesley, daughters Courtney and Avery, and son Davis.  Brian holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Manufacturing Engineering from WCU, is an active member of Oak Ridge Presbyterian Church, and a 10 year former Assistant Scout Master for the Boy Scouts of America, Troop 600

Doug Fogartie is a licensed real estate Broker and REALTOR who joined Brown Investment Properties in 2019. Doug is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a BS in Business Management. He has an extensive marketing background for franchisees in the QSR industry, and has worked on corporate marketing teams for various automotive repair companies. Doug provides a full range of commercial real estate services to buyers, sellers, landlord and tenants. He spends his free time whitewater kayaking in the mountains, mountain biking with his wife and friends, and spending time with his son.

A lifelong Piedmont-Triad native, Austin Hill joined Brown Investment Properties in 2016. Austin is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Having served both local and institutional clients, Austin’s commercial brokerage experience spans nearly every asset class including office, industrial, retail, multi-family, and raw land. Austin pairs competency and local market knowledge with personality and professionalism to provide his clients an unmatched level of service and representation.

Bill Strickland is from Rocky Mount, N.C. and has lived in Greensboro since 1986.  He received his Associates of Arts degree from Louisburg College and earned his BS and MBA from Elon University.  He is married and has two adult daughters.

Bill worked in the restaurant industry for a few years before entering health care administration, where he served in various capacities with Cone Health and several private physician practices.

Bill joined Brown Investment Properties in 2005, and like the company, lives by the Golden Rule and practices commercial brokerage with this same value.  Bill provides a full range of commercial real estate brokerage services to buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, with an emphasis on medical, dental and general office.

Wesley Vogel is a licensed real estate Broker and REALTOR who joined Brown Investment Properties in 2019. Wes is a graduate of Toccoa Falls College where he received his BS. Prior to joining Brown Investment Properties, he was employed for 12 years at Canterbury School where he taught Middle School Social Studies. Wes provides a full range of commercial real estate brokerage services to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. Wes was born in Erie, PA and was raised in Union City, PA. He is married and has one child. He enjoys hunting, fishing and many outdoor activities.
