- Full time maintenance tech position for multi-family community Stratford Hills Apartments, 202 units.
- CFC and CPO certification required.
- Adaptable multi-tasker with proactive mindset, ability to troubleshoot and repair, strong people skills, and high commitment to customer service. Monday-Friday with weekend on call required in rotation.
